Organsiationen. Mit kreativen Methoden und Techniken, haben wir uns den Themen Inklusion / Vielfalt und Umwelt / Klima angenähert. Wir haben uns in unseren Organisationsteams, gemeinsam mit
jungen Menschen gefragt, was wir uns im Projekt voneinander wünschen und brauchen. Wir organisierten in unseren digitalen Aktivitäten unsere internationalen Begegnungen
:) Was ist wichtig für uns im Team der Organisationen, damit wir uns nachhaltig weiterentwickeln und uns als lernende
Institutionen weiterhin transformieren und gut auf Impulse, junger Menschen eingehen und sie empowern können? Wieviel Stabilität und Sicherheit brauchen wir dafür? Wieviel Raum und Zeit brauchen
wir? Wieviel Freiraum brauchen wir? Wie überwinden wir Sprachbarrieren? Wieviel Reflexion und Evaluationszeiträume planen wir mit unseren Partnerorganisationen und Jugendlichen

Vamos lá! Conhecemo-nos digitalmente, no Zoom – Portugal e Alemanha... Alunos e artistas e, claro, a equipa das nossas organizações. Através de métodos e técnicas criativas, abordámos os temas da inclusão/diversidade e do ambiente/clima. Nas nossas equipas organizacionais, juntamente com os jovens, questionámo-nos sobre o que desejamos e precisamos uns dos outros neste projeto. Organizámos os nossos encontros internacionais nas nossas atividades digitais :)
O que é importante para nós, enquanto equipa das organizações, para que possamos continuar a evoluir de forma sustentável, continuar a transformar-nos como instituições de aprendizagem e responder adequadamente aos impulsos dos jovens, bem como capacitá-los? De quanta estabilidade e segurança precisamos para isso? De quanto espaço e tempo precisamos? De quanta liberdade precisamos? Como superamos as barreiras linguísticas? Quanto tempo dedicamos à reflexão e à avaliação, em conjunto com as nossas organizações parceiras e os jovens?

Let’s go! We got to know each other digitally via Zoom – Portugal and Germany… pupils and artists, and of course the teams from our organisations. Using creative methods and techniques, we explored the themes of inclusion/diversity and the environment/climate. Within our organisational teams, together with young people, we asked ourselves what we wanted and needed from one another in the project. We organised our international encounters through our digital activities :) What is important for us in the organisations’ team so that we can continue to develop sustainably, keep transforming ourselves as learning institutions, and respond effectively to the ideas of young people whilst empowering them? How much stability and security do we need for this? How much space and time do we need? How much freedom do we need? How do we overcome language barriers? How much time for reflection and evaluation do we schedule with our partner organisations and young people?

Unser erstes Zoom hat Ângela Soares, der Gemeinde Lagoa, gemeinsam mit Schüler*nnen, der Deutschen Schule Algarve, Teilnehmenden, mit Inklusionsbedarf, der Kunstschule Mestre Fernando Rodrigues und in Deutschland, mit Dietrich Pax, von der SoLaWi Callenberg, Schüler*nnen der Mittelschule in Seßlach, Therese Frosch unserer Theaterpädagogin und Schauspielerin und uns Jugendkunstschule Regenbogentanz abgestimmt und durchgeführt. Wer sind wir? Was sind wir für Organisationen? Was machen wir? Was ist das Besondere an uns und was machen wir anders, wo teilen wir Gemeinsamkeiten? Wie definieren wir als Organisationen Inklusion / Vielfalt? In Feedbackschleifen haben wir erfahren, wie junge Menschen unsere Vorstellungen davon teilen, was sie sich von uns und anderen Institutionen wünschen. Ein Blick in die Zukunft, der nächsten Generation? Die Ergebnisse haben wir in unserem Projektbüro und Atelier ausgestellt und als Grundlage, für weitere Aktivitäten genutzt :) #nextgeneration #sustainableyouth #moreinclusion

A nossa primeira sessão no Zoom foi coordenada por Ângela Soares, da Câmara Municipal de Lagoa, em conjunto com alunos da Escola Alemã do Algarve, participantes com necessidades de inclusão da Escola de Artes Mestre Fernando Rodrigues e, na Alemanha, com Dietrich Pax, da SoLaWi Callenberg, alunos da escola secundária de Seßlach, Therese Frosch, a nossa pedagoga de teatro e atriz, e nós, da Escola de Artes Juvenis Regenbogentanz. Quem somos nós? Que tipo de organizações somos? O que fazemos? O que há de especial em nós e o que fazemos de diferente, onde partilhamos pontos em comum? Como definimos, enquanto organizações, a inclusão/diversidade? Através de ciclos de feedback, ficámos a saber como os jovens partilham as nossas ideias sobre o que esperam de nós e de outras instituições. Um olhar para o futuro, para a próxima geração? Our first Zoom session was organised and run by Ângela Soares from the municipality of Lagoa, together with pupils from the German School
Algarve, participants with special educational needs from the Mestre Fernando Rodrigues Art School,
and in Germany, with Dietrich Pax from SoLaWi Callenberg, pupils from the secondary school in Seßlach, Therese Frosch, our theatre educator and actress, and us at the Regenbogentanz Youth Art
School. Who are we? What kind of organisations are we? What do we do? What makes us special and what do we do differently, where do we share common ground? How do we, as organisations, define
inclusion and diversity? Through feedback loops, we learned how young people share our ideas about what they want from us and other institutions. A glimpse into the future, into the next
generation? We exhibited the results in our project office and studio and used them as a basis for further activities :) #nextgeneration #sustainableyouth

In unserem zweiten Zoom waren wir zu Gast auf der Permakultur "Quinta da Fonte Velha" in Portugal. Bewässerung, Tanksysteme, Hochbeete, alles was dort bereits funktionierte, teilten wir und tauschten unsere Erfahrungsschätze darüber aus, wie sich unser nachhaltiges Hochbeete TANK->Bewässerungsdesign, in Deutschland weiterentwickeln und im sommerheißen und wintertrockenem Portugal einsetzen lässt. Wie sieht ein Permakulturgarten in der Südalgarve aus? Was davon können wir bei uns anpflanzen und was nicht? Rob Savelkoul, unser assoziierter + lokaler Partner, der "Quinta da Fonte Velha" , hat uns, mit seiner Familie an die Themen Klimazonen, Natur+Nachhaltigkeit und Bewässerung herangeführt. Mit dabei war Jose Carrujo, mit jungen Menschen, mit Inklusionsbedarf, der lokalen Kunstschule Mestre Fernando Rodrigues, Schüler*nnen der Deutschen Schule Algarve und der Mittelschule Seßlach.

Na nossa segunda reunião pelo Zoom, fomos convidados da permacultura Quinta da Fonte Velha em Portugal. Irrigação, sistemas de tanques, canteiros elevados, tudo o que já funcionava lá, partilhámos e trocámos as nossas valiosas experiências sobre como o nosso projeto sustentável de canteiros elevados TANK->Irrigação pode continuar a ser desenvolvido na Alemanha e aplicado em Portugal, onde os verões são quentes e os invernos secos. Como é um jardim de permacultura no sul do Algarve? O que podemos plantar na nossa região e o que não podemos? Rob Savelkoul, o nosso parceiro associado e local, da Quinta da Fonte Velha, apresentou-nos, juntamente com a sua família, os temas das zonas climáticas, natureza + sustentabilidade e rega. Estiveram presentes José Carrujo, com jovens com necessidades de inclusão, a Escola de Arte Mestre Fernando Rodrigues, alunos da Escola Alemã do Algarve e da Escola Secundária de Seßlach.

In our second Zoom session, we were guests at the permaculture site ‘Quinta da Fonte Velha’ in Portugal. We shared insights into irrigation, tank systems, raised beds and everything else that was already working there, and exchanged our wealth of experience on how our sustainable raised-bed TANK->irrigation design could be further developed in Germany and applied in Portugal, with its hot summers and dry winters. What does a permaculture garden in the southern Algarve look like? Which elements can we grow here and which cannot? Rob Savelkoul, our associate and local partner at ‘Quinta da Fonte Velha’, introduced us, along with his family, to the topics of climate zones, nature and sustainability, and irrigation. Also present was Jose Carrujo, along with young people with special needs from the local Mestre Fernando Rodrigues Art School, pupils from the German School Algarve and Seßlach Secondary School.

Therese Frosch hat uns, im dritten Zoom, auf eine theaterpädagogische Reise mitgenommen. Wie schaffen wir es gemeinsam und mit viiieeeeelen sprachlichen Barrieren miteinander in einen kreativen Gruppenprozess und Austausch "hineinzuspielen"? Unsere Sinneskanäle waren dafür einer unserer Anker. Gemeinsam haben wir nach Antworten gesucht und sind dabei über Alltägliches und Verbindendes gestolpert, wie zum Beispiel, das was wir jeden Tag alle tun = Riechen. Was riecht gut? Leckeres Essen, Benzingeruch, Sommer, frischgewaschene Wäsche, das Meer :) Mit dabei waren die Deutsche Schule Algarve, mit Desiree Dauber, ihren Schüler*nnen, Ângela Soares, mit jungen Menschen mit Special Needs, Schüler*nnen der Mittelschule Seßlach und wir, Jugendkunstschule Regenbogentanz.

Therese Frosch levou-nos numa viagem pedagógica teatral no terceiro Zoom. Como é que conseguimos "jogar" juntos num processo criativo de grupo e de intercâmbio, apesar das muitas barreiras linguísticas? Os nossos canais sensoriais foram uma das nossas âncoras. Juntos procurámos respostas e tropeçámos em coisas quotidianas que nos ligam, como aquilo que todos nós fazemos todos os dias = cheirar. O que é que cheira bem? Therese Frosch took us on a theatre pedagogical journey in the third Zoom. How do we manage to "play" together in a creative group
process and exchange despite many language barriers? Our sensory channels were one of our anchors. Together we searched for answers and stumbled across everyday things that connect us, such
as what we all do every day = smelling. What smells good? Delicious food, the smell of petrol, summer, freshly washed laundry, the sea :) The German School Algarve, with Desiree Dauber, her
pupils, Ângela Soares, with young people with special needs, pupils from the Seßlach secondary school and us, the Regenbogentanz youth art school, took part.

No quarto e último Zoom, a SoLaWi Callenberg respondeu às nossas perguntas sobre agricultura biodinâmica e, juntos, decidimos o que queremos
plantar no nosso jardim de tinturaria, tanto local como internacionalmente (= comestíveis!), e o que podemos transformar em tintas naturais.

In the fourth and final Zoom meeting, SoLaWi Callenberg answered our questions about biodynamic farming, and we worked together to
decide what we want to plant locally and internationally in our dye garden (=edible plants!) and which of these plants we can use to make natural dyes.

Eine Woche lang haben wir uns Ende Oktober, Anfang November 2022, mit unseren internationalen Partnerorganisationen getroffen und in Workshops gemeinsam ausprobiert, experimentiert und das Spektrum der Färberpflanzen kennengelernt. In der zweiten Woche haben wir mit unseren Kooperationspartner*innen und jungen Menschen, im starken Team, in 2,5 Tagen einen kompletten Färbergarten in der Gemeinde Lagoa angelegt. Jetzt können junge Menschen auch weiterhin davon profitieren, dass Malfarben, vor ihrer eigenen Haustür angebaut, geerntet und verarbeitet werden können.

Durante uma semana, no final de outubro e início de novembro de 2022, reunimo-nos com as nossas organizações parceiras internacionais e, em workshops, experimentámos, testámos e conhecemos a
variedade de plantas tintoriais. Na segunda semana, com os nossos parceiros de cooperação e jovens, numa equipa forte, criámos um jardim tintorial completo na comunidade de Lagoa em 2,5 dias.
Agora, os jovens podem continuar a beneficiar do facto de as tintas naturais poderem ser cultivadas, colhidas e processadas à sua porta.

At the end of October and beginning of November 2022, we met with our international partner organisations for a week and worked together in workshops to try things out, experiment and learn about the range of dye plants. In the second week, we worked with our cooperation partners and young people to create a complete dye garden in the municipality of Lagoa in just 2.5 days. Now young people can continue to benefit from the fact that dyes can be grown, harvested and processed right on their doorstep.

rosa, em workshops de plantas para colorir. Como é que se vê uma flor de hibisco? Que forma tem e que cores utiliza para a criar? Um espaço inclusivo e sem barreiras linguísticas para os jovens

Nobre, our local artist in Lagoa, introduced us to the local hibiscus flower, which we still use today, with children and young people, as a plant powder, with its powerful
pink tones, in colouring plant workshops. How do you see a hibiscus flower? What shape does it have and what colours do you use to create it? An inclusive and language-barrier-free space for
young people from many countries to get to know each other. How can international bridges of understanding be built with art, culture and nature projects? How do you create a community, an

Unglaublich wieviel (PLASTIK)Müll, wir kiloweise am Meer, am Strand gefunden haben...fast zu schwer zum Tragen und in Teilen, so winzig, dass er uns durch unsere Finger rann. Wir haben die Gelegenheit genutzt und mega viel Müll in Container am Strandrand geschleppt und mit Körpermalfarben die herumliegenden Fetzen ästhetisiert und fotografiert. "Bin ich im Paradies?"

Inacreditável a quantidade de lixo (PLÁSTICO) que encontrámos ao quilo no mar, na praia... quase demasiado pesado
para carregar e, em partes, tão pequeno que nos escorria por entre os dedos. Aproveitámos para arrastar uma enorme quantidade de lixo para contentores na orla da praia e usámos tinta
corporal para estetizar e fotografar os restos espalhados. "Estou no paraíso?"

Unbelievable how much (PLASTIC) rubbish we found by the kilo at the sea, on the beach...almost too heavy to carry and in parts, so tiny that it
ran through our fingers. We took the opportunity to haul mega amounts of rubbish into containers on the edge of the beach and used body paint to aestheticise and photograph the scraps lying

Teilen, teilen, teilen...das war von Anfang an unser Ziel, weshalb wir mit unseren Jugendlichen nach unserer gemeinsamen Reise nach
Portugal ganz viele Videos geschnitten und Bilder bearbeitet haben. Ein weiterer Teil unserer Ausstellung, waren eine Sichtbarmachung, von uns als Jugendkunstschule, in unserem Projektbüro-
und Atelierräumen. Gemeinsam mit dem Coburger Design Forum Oberfranken, waren wir Teil einer Innenstadtinstallation, die nachts beleuchtet, im Herbst, für alle Vorbeigehenden gut sichtbar,
auf unsere Projekttätigkeiten aufmerksam gemacht hatte. In einem finalen Abschlusstreffen, haben wir zur "Winterzaubernacht", im Rahmen einer Veranstaltung, der Stadtmacher, in Coburg
eingeladen und unsere Ausstellung eröffnet. Familien und Freunde unserer Jugendlichen sind zu Besuch gekommen und so manch neugieriger Innenstadtbewohner? Projektstart geschafft, viel Neues
mit unseren internationalen Partnerorganisationen gelernt :) Das erste Projektjahr 2022 hatten wir damit abgeschlossen und uns auf Kommendes gefreut :)

Partilhar, partilhar, partilhar... esse foi o nosso objetivo desde o início, e foi por isso que, após a nossa viagem conjunta a Portugal,
editámos muitos vídeos e imagens com os nossos jovens. Outra parte da nossa exposição foi a visibilidade da nossa escola de arte para jovens, no nosso escritório de projetos e nas salas do
estúdio. Em conjunto com o Coburger Design Forum Oberfranken, fizemos parte de uma instalação no centro da cidade que, iluminada à noite, no outono, era bem visível para todos os transeuntes
e chamava a atenção para as atividades do nosso projeto. Numa reunião final, convidámos para a «Noite Mágica de Inverno», no âmbito de um evento dos Stadtmacher, em Coburgo, e inauguramos a
nossa exposição. Famílias e amigos dos nossos jovens vieram visitar-nos, assim como alguns curiosos residentes do centro da cidade. O projeto foi iniciado, aprendemos muitas coisas novas com
as nossas organizações parceiras internacionais :) Concluímos assim o primeiro ano do projeto, em 2022, e ficámos ansiosos pelo que está por vir :)

Share, share, share...that was our goal from the outset, which is why we edited lots of videos and processed lots of photos with our young
people after our joint trip to Portugal. Another part of our exhibition was a visualisation of us as a youth art school in our project office and studio spaces. Together with the Coburg
Design Forum Oberfranken, we were part of an inner-city installation that was illuminated at night in autumn, clearly visible to all passers-by, drawing attention to our project activities.
In a final closing meeting, we invited people to the ‘Winter Magic Night’ as part of an event organised by the Stadtmacher in Coburg and opened our exhibition. Families and friends of our
young people came to visit, as did many curious city centre residents. The project launch was a success, and we learned a lot of new things with our international partner organisations :) We
had thus completed the first project year of 2022 and were looking forward to what was to come :)
