Vierte Aktivität 2023

Kunst, Kultur und Natur - Färbergärten in Portugal und Deutschland: In dieser vorbereitenden Aktivität, fand in Lagoa, unmittelbar neben unserem, im Jahr 2022 gemeinsam angelegten Färbergarten eine Kunstausstellung, im Gemeindehaus statt. Organisiert von unseren beteiligten und assoziierten Projektpartner:nnen, in Portugal, kamen lokale Politiker:nnen, kommunale Mitarbeiter:nnen, inklusive unseren Teamer:nnen in Deutschland, via Zoom,  junge Menschen und Familien zu Besuch und haben das erste Mal das weite Spektrum der Färberpflanzen kennengelernt. Auch die Schüler:nnen, der Deutschen Schule Algarve waren vor Ort, die bereits im Jahr 2022 mit uns diesen sevengardens Standort gewuppt haben.

Arte, cultura e natureza - Jardins de tintureiros em Portugal e na Alemanha: Nesta atividade preparatória, realizou-se em Lagoa, junto ao nosso jardim de tintureiros criado em conjunto em 2022, uma exposição de arte na Câmara Municipal. Organizada pelos nossos parceiros participantes e associados em Portugal, contou com a presença de políticos locais, funcionários municipais, incluindo a nossa equipa na Alemanha, via Zoom, jovens e famílias, que conheceram pela primeira vez a vasta gama de plantas tintoriais. Os alunos da Escola Alemã do Algarve, que já em 2022 ajudaram a criar este local da sevengardens, também estiveram presentes.

Art, culture and nature – dye gardens in Portugal and Germany: In this preparatory activity, an art exhibition was held in the community centre in Lagoa, right next to our dye garden, which we will be creating together in 2022. Organised by our participating and associated project partners in Portugal, local politicians, municipal employees, including our team members in Germany, visited via Zoom, along with young people and families, and were introduced to the wide range of dye plants for the first time. The pupils of the German School Algarve, who had already helped us set up this sevengardens location in 2022, were also there.

In weiteren Zooms mit ihnen haben wir uns intensiv darüber ausgetauscht, wer? was? wie? am liebsten, mit wem? in der Coburgwoche erleben und experimentieren möchte. Ein paar Videokonferenzen später, waren unsere jungen Menschen, samt Vertreter:nnen, aller beteiligten Organisationen in Oberfranken gelandet und wir konnten loslegen :)

Em outras reuniões com eles, discutimos intensamente quem? o quê? como? o que mais gostariam de vivenciar e experimentar na semana em Coburg e com quem. Algumas videoconferências depois, os nossos jovens, juntamente com representantes de todas as organizações participantes, chegaram à Alta Francónia e pudemos começar :)

In further zoom meetings with them, we had intensive discussions about who? what? how? would most like to experience and experiment with whom? during Coburg Week. A few video conferences later, our young people, together with representatives from all participating organisations, had arrived in Upper Franconia and we were ready to get started :)

In Kooperation mit dem Coburger Grünflächenamt, habend wir unseren Standort, am Kunstverein und unsere zwei riesen  Hochbeete, mit vielen neuen Pflanzen bestückt, wie Kräutern, Stauden, Erdbeeren und Tomaten. Eine bunte Mischung, aus essbaren Pflanzen, die sich auch zum Malen, als Saftfarben und Tinten verwenden lassen. Uns war wichtig, keine giftigen Pflanzen einzusetzen, weil wir mit unserer Zielgruppe Kinder und Jugendliche alles anfassen, probieren und zu naschbaren Naturfarben verarbeiten wollten. Wir haben die Gewächshäuser besichtigen und jedes Kind und jede:r Jugendliche hat eine Pflanze mitnehmen dürfen. Vielen Dank!! Die Blätter der Tomatenpflanze hat eine Künstlerin in Coburg herausgefunden, machen ganz wundervolle Grüntöne.

Em cooperação com o Departamento de Parques de Coburg, abastecemos o nosso espaço no Kunstverein e os nossos dois enormes canteiros elevados com muitas plantas novas, tais como ervas aromáticas, plantas perenes, morangos e tomates. Uma mistura colorida de plantas comestíveis que também podem ser utilizadas para a pintura, como tintas para sumos e tintas. Era importante para nós não utilizar quaisquer plantas venenosas, porque queríamos que o nosso grupo-alvo de crianças e jovens pudesse tocar, experimentar e transformar tudo em cores naturais comestíveis. Visitámos as estufas e cada criança e jovem pôde levar uma planta consigo. Muito obrigado! As folhas do tomateiro foram descobertas por um artista em Coburgo e dão maravilhosos tons de verde.

In co-operation with the Coburg Parks Department, we have stocked our location at the Kunstverein and our two huge raised beds with many new plants, such as herbs, perennials, strawberries and tomatoes. A colourful mixture of edible plants that can also be used for painting, as juice paints and inks. It was important to us not to use any poisonous plants because we wanted our target group of children and young people to be able to touch, try and process everything into edible natural colours. We visited the greenhouses and every child and young person was allowed to take a plant with them. Thank you very much! The leaves of the tomato plant were discovered by an artist in Coburg and make wonderful shades of green.

Wer pflegt das GANZE weiter? Eine zeitlang übernahmen wir das als Jugendkunstschule Regenbogentanz, gemeinsam mit einem Kindergarten, in Laufnähe. Da sich aber am Standort Kunstverein keine weiteren nachhaltigen Projektkooperationen ergeben hatten und wir uns als Jugendkunstschule Regenbogentanz, mehr als Initiator:innen fühlten und sahen, hatten wir die zwei Hochbeete kurzerhand zurückgebaut und bei unserem Oraganisationpartner, der SoLaWi Callenberg wieder aufgebaut. Dort werden sie jetzt für uns bewässert und wir bespielen die Hochbeete mit Kunst und Natur Workshops, mit mehreren Schulen, in der Nähe. In der Pflanzenzeit gibte s immer wieder Nasch- und Malbares! Wer möchte...bitte zugreifen :)

Quem continua a cuidar de TUDO? Durante algum tempo, assumimos essa tarefa como Escola de Arte Juvenil Regenbogentanz, em conjunto com um jardim de infância, a uma curta distância. No entanto, como não surgiram mais cooperações sustentáveis para projetos na Kunstverein e nós, como Escola de Arte Juvenil Regenbogentanz, nos sentíamos e nos víamos mais como iniciadores, desmontámos os dois canteiros elevados e os reconstruímos na nossa organização parceira, a SoLaWi Callenberg. Lá, eles agora são regados para nós e nós utilizamos os canteiros elevados para workshops de arte e natureza, com várias escolas nas proximidades. Na época de plantio, sempre há algo para comer e pintar! Quem quiser... sirva-se :)

Who will continue to maintain the WHOLE? For a while, we took over this task as the Regenbogentanz youth art school, together with a nursery within walking distance. However, as no further sustainable project collaborations had emerged at the Kunstverein location and we, as the Regenbogentanz youth art school, felt and saw ourselves more as initiators, we quickly dismantled the two raised beds and rebuilt them at our organisational partner, SoLaWi Callenberg. There, they are now watered for us and we use the raised beds for art and nature workshops with several nearby schools. During the growing season, there is always something to snack on and paint! If you would like some, please help yourself :)

Wir besuchten einen sevengardens Standort in Coburg. 2021 ist dort der zweite Färbergarten entstanden, im Rahmen unseres bayerischen Kunstprojektes #FREIRÄUMEN. Was vor drei Jahren begann, setzten wir mit unseren Jugendlichen, aus Portugal und Coburg nachhaltig fort. Als Extremstandort, war es uns unmöglich, so oft zu gießen, dass wir am Ende des Jahres auch wirklich Färberpflanzen für unsere Kunstworkshops, ernten konnten. Deshalb haben wir an dieser Stelle, an zwei Tagen, mit Schüler:innen unserer Seßlacher Mittelschule, die seit Projektbeginn dabei ist und Schüler:innen der Heinrich-Schaumberger Schule, in Coburg, fünf Hochbeetekübel, mit Wassertanks nachgerüstet. Damit gelang es uns, einmal die Woche, als Jugendkunstschulteam zu gießen und eine erste größere Ernte, an Naturfarben einzuholen. Das Experiment ging weiter. Dankeschön an die vielen Schüler:innen, die so mega aktiv mitgeholfen haben und sich danach im Makerspace ästhetisch austoben durften.

Visitámos uma localização da sevengardens em Coburg. Em 2021, foi criado lá o segundo jardim de plantas tintoriais, no âmbito do nosso projeto artístico bávaro #FREIRÄUMEN. O que começou há três anos, continuámos de forma sustentável com os nossos jovens, de Portugal e Coburg. Por ser um local extremo, foi-nos impossível regar com a frequência necessária para que, no final do ano, pudéssemos realmente colher plantas tintoriais para as nossas oficinas de arte, . Por isso, neste local, durante dois dias, com alunos da nossa escola secundária de Seßlach, que participa no projeto desde o início, e alunos da escola Heinrich-Schaumberger, em Coburg, equipámos cinco vasos elevados com tanques de água. Assim, conseguimos regar uma vez por semana, como equipa da escola de arte para jovens, e obter uma primeira colheita maior de tintas naturais. A experiência continuou. Obrigado aos muitos alunos que ajudaram ativamente e depois puderam dar asas à sua criatividade estética no Makerspace.

We visited a sevengardens location in Coburg. In 2021, the second dye garden was created there as part of our Bavarian art project #FREIRÄUMEN. What began three years ago, we continued sustainably with our young people from Portugal and Coburg. As it was an extreme location, it was impossible for us to water the plants often enough to actually harvest dye plants for our art workshops at the end of the year. That's why we spent two days at this location with pupils from our Seßlach secondary school, which has been involved since the start of the project, and pupils from the Heinrich-Schaumberger School in Coburg, retrofitting five raised bed tubs with water tanks. This enabled us, as a youth art school team, to water once a week and obtain our first large harvest of natural dyes. The experiment continued. Thank you to the many pupils who helped out so actively and were then allowed to let their creativity run wild in the makerspace.

Wer pflegt das GANZE weiter? Auch and diesem Standort übernahmen wir vier Jahre als Jugendkunstschule Regenbogentanz, gemeinsam mit Schulen, in Laufnähe, die Pflege, Bewässerung und Ernte. Da sich aber am Standort Güterbahnhof und Makerspace keine weiteren nachhaltigen Projektkooperationen ergeben hatten und wir uns als Jugendkunstschule Regenbogentanz, auch hier wiederum mehr als Initiator:innen fühlten, haben wir 2025 alles zurückgebaut. Ein IBC-Container ging an einen Kindergartenpartner, dafür haben wir eine kleinere grüne Tonne, für unseren Vereinsgarten bekommen und die durstigen Tiere haben sich sehr gefreut! Wieder eine Schlürfinsel mehr geschaffen. Die Pflanzen wanderten ebenfalls in unseren Vereinsgarten, der sehr gut für uns in Laufnähe erreichbar ist und somit easy peacy zum Pflegen, Hegen und Ernten für Pflanzenfarben geeignet ist :) Unsere riesengroßen Bilder junger Menschen, unserer Outdoorgalerie haben wir aus unserem #FREIRÄUMEN! Projekt mitgenommen und sie warten jetzt auf eine weitere Verwendung :)

Quem continua a cuidar de TUDO? Também neste local, assumimos durante quatro anos, como escola de arte juvenil Regenbogentanz, em conjunto com escolas nas proximidades, o cuidado, a rega e a colheita. No entanto, como não surgiram mais cooperações sustentáveis para projetos no local da estação ferroviária de mercadorias e do Makerspace e, como escola de arte juvenil Regenbogentanz, nos sentimos mais como iniciadores, desmontámos tudo em 2025. Um contentor IBC foi para um parceiro de jardim de infância e, em troca, recebemos um contentor verde mais pequeno para o nosso jardim da associação, o que deixou os animais sedentos muito felizes! Mais uma ilha de hidratação criada. As plantas também foram transferidas para o jardim da nossa associação, que fica muito perto de nós e, portanto, é fácil de cuidar, cultivar e colher para tintas vegetais :) Levámos as nossas imagens gigantes de jovens, da nossa galeria ao ar livre, do nosso projeto #FREIRÄUMEN! e agora elas aguardam um novo uso :)

Who will continue to maintain the ENTIRE site? At this location, too, we took over the maintenance, watering and harvesting for four years as the Regenbogentanz youth art school, together with schools within walking distance. However, as no further sustainable project collaborations had emerged at the Güterbahnhof and Makerspace locations and we, as the Regenbogentanz youth art school, once again felt more like initiators, we dismantled everything in 2025. An IBC container went to a kindergarten partner, and in return we received a smaller green bin for our association garden, which made the thirsty animals very happy! Another drinking island created. The plants also moved to our association garden, which is very easy for us to reach on foot and is therefore easy peasy to care for, nurture and harvest for plant dyes :) We took our huge pictures of young people from our outdoor gallery from our #FREIRÄUMEN! project and they are now waiting for another use :)

Sechste Aktivität 2023

Nach der sechsten Aktivität, ist vor der nächsten Begegnung in Portugal. Unsere jungen Menschen haben uns gebeten viel mehr Infomaterial zu produzieren, was sie mit in ihre Freizeit und mit in ihre Schulen nehmen konnten :) Also haben wir Poster und Flyer in ganz Coburg verteilt. Wir haben das Coburger Jugendforum besucht und auf Social Media unsere nächste Reise nach Portugal beworben. Das war viel einfacher, als für unsere erste Reise nach Portugal...juchu :)

Após a sexta atividade, segue-se o próximo encontro em Portugal. Os nossos jovens pediram-nos para produzir muito mais material informativo, que pudessem levar para o seu tempo livre e para as suas escolas :) Por isso, distribuímos cartazes e panfletos por toda a cidade de Coburgo. Visitámos o Fórum da Juventude de Coburgo e divulgámos a nossa próxima viagem a Portugal nas redes sociais. Foi muito mais fácil do que para a nossa primeira viagem a Portugal... uhuuu :)

After the sixth activity, it's time for the next meeting in Portugal. Our young people asked us to produce much more information material that they could take with them in their free time and to their schools :) So we distributed posters and flyers throughout Coburg. We visited the Coburg Youth Forum and advertised our next trip to Portugal on social media. That was much easier than for our first trip to Portugal...yay :)
