Bis Mitte September hatten wir uns in unserer letzten gemeinsamen Aktivität, gemeinschaftlich in beiden Ländern organisiert, damit wir
unser Gesamtprojekt einer breiteren Öffentlichkeit, in Deutschland und Portugal nahe bringen und einladen konnten, für Zeit nach unserem Projektende weitere Allianzen zu schmieden. Wir teilten
unsere (Lern-)Erfahrungen und sprachen mit jungen Menschen, über neue, internationale, inklusive und nachhaltige Kunst- und Kulturprojektmöglichkeiten, die sie mit uns in Zukunft entwickeln
wollen würden. Wir waren, zum Kennenlernen, austauschen und gemeinsam kreativ werden, auf den Coburger Designtagen & zum Workshoppen auf den Nachhaltigkeitstagen. Parallel liefen
Ausstellungen und Großveranstaltungsbesuche in Portugal. Dazu findest du mehr Informationen weiter unten im Feed! Bis zum Projektende hatten wir in unserem Atelier, eine Dauerausstellung
installiert, rund um die letzte analoge Begegnung, in Coburg und die dabei entstandenen Kunstwerken, junger Menschen, aus Deutschland und Portugal ausgestellt. In unserem Final Report

Até meados de setembro, na nossa última atividade conjunta, organizada em ambos os países, pudemos apresentar o nosso projeto global a um público mais vasto, na Alemanha e em Portugal, e convidá-lo a formar novas alianças após o término do nosso projeto. Partilhámos as nossas experiências (de aprendizagem) e conversámos com jovens sobre novas oportunidades de projetos artísticos e culturais internacionais, inclusivos e sustentáveis que eles gostariam de desenvolver connosco no futuro. Estivemos presentes nos Coburger Designtagen (Dias do Design de Coburgo) e nos Nachhaltigkeitstage (Dias da Sustentabilidade) para nos conhecermos, trocarmos ideias e sermos criativos juntos. Paralelamente, realizámos exposições e visitas a grandes eventos em Portugal. Encontra mais informações sobre isso mais abaixo no feed! Até ao final do projeto, instalámos no nosso estúdio uma exposição permanente sobre o último encontro analógico em Coburgo e as obras de arte criadas por jovens de Alemanha e Portugal. No nosso Relatório Final, encontrará uma coleção com as nossas experiências de «boas práticas» que considerámos positivas durante o período de dois anos e que iremos continuar a desenvolver. By mid-September, we had organised our last joint activity in both countries so that we could present our overall project to a wider audience in Germany and Portugal and invite them to forge further alliances after the end of our project. We shared our (learning) experiences and talked to young people about new, international, inclusive and sustainable art and culture project opportunities that they would like to develop with us in the future. We attended the Coburg Design Days and the Sustainability Days workshops to get to know each other, exchange ideas and get creative together. At the same time, we visited exhibitions and major events in Portugal. You can find more information about this further down in the feed! By the end of the project, we had installed a permanent exhibition in our studio, showcasing the last analogue encounter in Coburg and the resulting artworks by young people from Germany and Portugal. In our final report, you will find a collection of our ‘good practice’ experiences that we found useful during the two-year period and will continue to develop. Would you like to find out more? In zwei i-Tents haben wir alle jungen Menschen eingeladen, uns und unsere Kunst- und Kultur kreative Seite kennenzulernen. Sich über unser internationales Projekt zu informieren. Wir haben uns gemeinsam mit jungen Menschen, über neue Möglichkeiten, internationaler Kunst- und Kulturprojekte ausgetauscht. In einer ästhetischen Zukunftswerkstatt habt ihr eure Ideen und Wünsche, gemalt und getextet. Wir haben alles eine Woche lang gesammelt und jetzt schon wieder mega Bock, auf unser nächstes internationales Projekt. Wir haben neue potenzielle Kooperationspartner*innen gefunden und unsere "Good-Practise" Erfahrungen vielfach teilen können. Wir sind erfreut :)

Em duas i-Tents, convidámos todos os jovens a conhecerem-nos e à nossa vertente criativa da arte e da cultura. Para saberem mais sobre o nosso
projeto internacional. Juntamente com os jovens, discutimos novas possibilidades para projectos internacionais de arte e cultura. Num workshop sobre o futuro estético, pintaram e escreveram as
vossas ideias e desejos. Recolhemos tudo durante uma semana e já estamos ansiosos pelo nosso próximo projeto internacional. Encontrámos novos potenciais parceiros de cooperação e pudemos
partilhar muitas vezes as nossas experiências de “boas práticas”. Estamos muito satisfeitos :)

In two i-Tents, we invited all young people to get to know us and our creative side of art and culture. To find out about our international project. Together with young people, we discussed new possibilities for international art and culture projects. In an aesthetic future workshop, you painted and wrote your ideas and wishes. We collected everything for a week and are already looking forward to our next international project. We found new potential cooperation partners and were able to share our ‘good practice’ experiences many times over. We are delighted :)

Die Deutsche Schule Algarve, war im Jahr 2024, das zweite Mal beim Jugendfestival, in Lagoa mit dabei und konnte unser internationales Kunst- und Kulturprojekt, einer sehr
breiten (jungen) Öffentlichkeit, leitenden Politiker:innen, der Presse, sowie weiteren Persönlichkeiten, aus Bildung, Kultur und Wirtschaft, an mehreren, aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen intensiv
vorstellen, darüber informieren und neue Projektideen, am Färbergartenstandort Lagoa und an der Deutschen Schule Algarve, für die Zukunft diskutieren, initiieren und "Gute Praxis" Beispiele
teilen. José Luís Carneiro, Präsident von Lagoa, besuchte unseren Informationsstand und konnte sich in Ruhe mit Desiree Dauber, Schulleiterin, der Deutschen Schule Algarve über unser gemeinsames
Projekt austauschen. Aufgrund der Begeisterung, der ersten Gruppe Jugendlicher, die im Jahr 2023 nach Deutschland gereist sind und in beiden Ländern aktiv im Anlegen und weiterentwickeln, der
jeweiligen Färbergartenstandorte beteiligt waren, entstand, auf dem Schulgelände der Deutschen Schule Algarve, der zweite Färbergartenstandort, in der Südalgarve. Die Schule gehört offiziell zu
Silves. Jetzt gibt es also zum Projektende bereits zwei Färbergartenstandorte. Ein öffentlicher Standort, direkt in Lagoa, ist allen (jungen)Menschen frei zugänglich. Der zweite Standort, kann
nach Absprache und in Kooperation, mit der Deutschen Schule Algarve, insbesondere von interessierten Schüler:innen, beider Gemeinden, Silves und Lagoa kennengelernt und genutzt
werden.

A Escola Alemã do Algarve participou pela segunda vez no Festival da Juventude, em Lagoa, em 2024, e teve a oportunidade de apresentar e divulgar o nosso projeto internacional de arte e cultura a um público muito vasto (jovem), políticos, imprensa e outras personalidades das áreas da educação, cultura e economia, durante vários dias consecutivos, discutir e iniciar novas ideias para o futuro, bem como partilhar exemplos de «boas práticas». José Luís Carneiro, presidente de Lagoa, visitou o nosso stand informativo e pôde conversar tranquilamente com Desiree Dauber, diretora da Escola Alemã do Algarve, sobre o nosso projeto comum. Devido ao entusiasmo do primeiro grupo de jovens que viajou para a Alemanha em 2023 e participou ativamente na criação e desenvolvimento dos respetivos locais do Färbergarten em ambos os países, surgiu o segundo local do Färbergarten, no sul do Algarve, no recinto da Escola Alemã do Algarve. A escola pertence oficialmente a Silves. Assim, no final do projeto, já existem dois locais de jardins de tinturaria. Um local público, diretamente em Lagoa, é de acesso livre a todos os jovens. O segundo local pode ser visitado e utilizado, mediante acordo e em cooperação com a Escola Alemã do Algarve, especialmente por alunos interessados de ambos os municípios, Silves e Lagoa.

In 2024, the German School Algarve took part in the Youth Festival in Lagoa for the second time and was able to present our international art and culture project to a very broad (young) public, leading politicians, the press and other personalities from the fields of education, culture and business. Over several consecutive days, we were able to present and provide information about the project in detail, discuss and initiate new project ideas for the future at the Färbergarten site in Lagoa and at the German School Algarve, and share examples of good practice. José Luís Carneiro, President of Lagoa, visited our information stand and had the opportunity to talk at length with Desiree Dauber, Headmistress of the German School Algarve, about our joint project. Due to the enthusiasm of the first group of young people who travelled to Germany in 2023 and were actively involved in establishing and developing the respective dye garden locations in both countries, a second dye garden location was created on the grounds of the German School Algarve in the southern Algarve. The school officially belongs to Silves. So now, at the end of the project, there are already two dye garden locations. One is a public location, directly in Lagoa, which is freely accessible to all (young) people. The second location can be visited and used by interested pupils from both communities, Silves and Lagoa, by arrangement and in cooperation with the German School Algarve.

Alle Bilder und Kunstwerke der portugiesischen Jugendlichen, die im Mai, in der 10. Aktivität, in Deutschland zu Besuch waren, fanden ihren Weg, in eine Ausstellung, in Lagoa. Im Rahmen einer einmonatigen Ausstellung, im Juni 2024, in der inklusiven Kunstschule Lagoa und unter der Leitung von Jose Carrujo, wurden sie einer breiten Öffentlichkeit gezeigt. Es gab dadurch viele Anknüpfungsmöglichkeiten in der Südalgarve, sich über den neu entstandenen Färbergarten, in Lagoa auszutauschen und neue Projektpläne, für dieses Kulturelle Erbe zu besprechen. Der Färbergarten wird weiterhin gehegt und seine Färberpflanzen, in neuen Kunst- und Kulturprojekten, von Mitarbeitenden der Kunstschule und von, in Kunstworkshops teilnehmenden (jungen) Menschen mit und ohne Inklusionsbedarf genutzt.

Todas as fotografias e obras de arte dos jovens portugueses que visitaram a Alemanha em maio, no âmbito da 10.ª atividade, foram apresentadas numa
exposição em Lagoa. Foram mostrados a um vasto público no âmbito de uma exposição de um mês, em junho de 2024, na escola de arte inclusiva de Lagoa, sob a direção de José Carrujo. Isto
proporcionou muitas oportunidades para estabelecer ligações no sul do Algarve, trocar ideias sobre o recém-criado jardim de tinturaria em Lagoa e discutir novos planos de projectos para este
património cultural. O jardim de tinturaria continuará a ser cuidado e as suas plantas tintoriais utilizadas em novos projectos artísticos e culturais por funcionários da escola de arte e por
(jovens) com e sem necessidades de inclusão que participam em oficinas de arte.

All the pictures and artworks of the Portuguese young people who visited Germany in May, in the 10th activity, found their way into an exhibition in
Lagoa. They were shown to a wide audience as part of a month-long exhibition in June 2024 at the inclusive art school in Lagoa under the direction of Jose Carrujo. This provided many
opportunities to connect in the southern Algarve, exchange ideas about the newly created dye garden in Lagoa and discuss new project plans for this cultural heritage. The dye garden will continue
to be cared for and its dye plants used in new art and cultural projects by employees of the art school and by (young) people with and without inclusion needs taking part in art
workshops.

2023 hatten wir in unserer internationalen Begegnung, in Coburg, mit Rob Savelkoul, unserem assoziierten Permakultur Partner, der Quinta da Fonte Velha, die Nachhaltigkeitstage,
am ehem. Güterbahnhofgelände besucht. Schnell war klar, coole Sache, da wollten wir dieses Jahr 2024 auch hin, mit unserem internationalem Kunst- und Kulturprojekt "GroßARTig!". Schnell
entschieden und direkt umgesetzt, waren wir drei Tage lang vor Ort und haben uns mit jungen, junggebliebenen und älteren Menschen ausgetauscht. Wer sind die jungen Menschen, die Lust auf ein
Kunst- und Naturprojekt haben? Wer sind die (jungen) Erwachsenen, die dafür das Know-how haben, Fördermittel zu beantragen, damit internationale Projekte, für junge Menschen, kostenfrei möglich
sind? Wohin geht die Reise in Zukunft weiter? Im philosophischen Austausch und kultur-ästhetischen Workshopformat, haben wir uns mit Dietrich Pax, Gärtnermeister und unserem SoLaWi-Callenberg
Partner lange unterhalten und unsere Sammlung "Guter-Praxis" direkt vor Ort, mit uns und neuen Menschen geteilt.

Em 2023, durante o nosso encontro internacional em Coburg com Rob Savelkoul, o nosso parceiro associado de permacultura, Quinta da Fonte Velha,
visitámos as Jornadas de Sustentabilidade no local da antiga estação de mercadorias. Rapidamente se tornou claro que queríamos ir para lá este ano de 2024 com o nosso projeto internacional de
arte e cultura “GroßARTig!”. Decidindo rapidamente e concretizando-o de imediato, estivemos no local durante três dias e trocámos ideias com jovens, jovens de coração e pessoas mais velhas. Quem
são os jovens que estão interessados num projeto de arte e natureza? Quem são os (jovens) adultos que têm o know-how necessário para se candidatarem a financiamentos que permitam a realização de
projectos internacionais gratuitos para os jovens? Onde é que a viagem nos levará no futuro? Num intercâmbio filosófico e num workshop cultural e estético, conversámos longamente com Dietrich
Pax, mestre jardineiro e nosso parceiro da SoLaWi-Callenberg, e partilhámos a nossa coleção de «boas práticas» diretamente no local, connosco e com novas pessoas..

In 2023, during our international meeting in Coburg with Rob Savelkoul, our associated permaculture partner, Quinta da Fonte Velha, we visited the Sustainability Days at the former goods station site. It quickly became clear that we wanted to go there this year 2024 with our international art and culture project ‘GroßARTig!’. Deciding quickly and realising it straight away, we were on site for three days and exchanged ideas with young people, the young at heart and older people. Who are the young people who are interested in an art and nature project? Who are the (young) adults who have the know-how to apply for funding so that international projects can be realised free of charge for young people? Where will the journey take us in the future? In a philosophical exchange and cultural-aesthetic workshop format, we had a long conversation with Dietrich Pax, master gardener and our SoLaWi-Callenberg partner, and shared our collection of ‘good practices’ directly on site, with us and new people.
